What's For Dinner

The words we hear 7 nights a week and magically, 7 nights a week we come up with an answer. With the rising costs of food and our growing waistlines, this question is getting harder to answer on a consistent basis. My name is Liz Calamusa, I am a mom and a wife, I live right here in Suffolk County and I understand how difficult it can be. I have made it my mission to help every parent on Long Island by providing some simple, inexpensive, and yummy options for meals that will not break the bank and do not require cooking for hours.Even if you have no time to waste, the recipes provided in this column will allow you to meet your obligations and still have a family with warm tummies.  Please feel free to contact me with your favorite recipes, I will test them out and share them with our readers. Also, if you do try my recipes, please post a comment and let me know your honest opinion, did you make changes? Did your family have suggestions? I am always open to criticism.
